Yes we are fully insured with public liability to $10 million and workers compensation up to $50 million.

How long after the quote can the job be complete?
Customers can expect a turn around time of 1-7 working days days.
Do I need to be home?
All work is carried out from on top of the roof so provided we have access to the front of the house we are able to complete any job without anyone being present. We’ll leave the roof report in the letter box and an invoice will be emailed to you shortly after the work has been complete.
What is the maximum height you can work?
We currently complete regular works for buildings 4 Story’s high and have access to equipment and safety gear to allow us to reach virtually any height.
Can you install gutter guards?
We have been in this game for a while and so have learned not to install any old gutter guard as we know most don’t work. We will instead always recommend a suitable regular cleaning program for our client. In saying that gutter guards can be useful and if the customer asks then we are happy to install gutter guards and we recommend hedgehog products.
Will you clean up your mess?
Our system for cleaning gutters rarely leaves any mess but should it happen are teams are trained to clean up after themselves and leave everything as it was found.
